5. General Terms:

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia.

• Liability: The client acknowledges that participating in physical exercise involves inherent risks and that they assume responsibility for their own health and safety.

MAKE UP SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Confirmation:

• Quote and Deposit: A quote for services will be provided based on client requirements. A non-refundable deposit, typically 20% of the total cost, is required to secure the booking and is deducted from the final payment. 
• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement, if applicable. 
• Appointment Changes: Changes to the booking (date, time, or services) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 
• Group Bookings: For group bookings, the primary client is responsible for the booking and payment for all services. 

2. Payments:

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the service
• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be specified in the booking confirmation. 

3. Cancellations:

• Client Cancellation: We have 24 hr cancellation policy otherwise, the deposit may be forfeited. 
• Artist Cancellation:If the artist cancels, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. 
• Contagious Conditions:Services will not be performed for clients with contagious conditions (e.g., conjunctivitis, flu, cold sores). 

4. Services and Liability:

• Service Delivery: Services will be provided at the agreed-upon time and location. 
• Allergies and Sensitivities: Clients must inform the artist of any allergies or sensitivities before the service. 
• Liability: The artist is not liable for allergic reactions or injuries arising from the use of products or services, provided that the client has disclosed all relevant information. 

• Touch-ups: Touch-up services may be available at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance. 
• Photography: The artist may take photos or videos of the service for promotional purposes, with the client’s consent. 

5. Other Terms:

• Punctuality: Clients are expected to be on time for their appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened service time. 
• Travel Costs:Travel costs may be charged based on distance or time. 
• Clothing:Clients should wear appropriate clothing, especially if changing after the service. 
• Supervision:Children must be supervised at all times. 
• Changes to Quote: The quoted price may change if the client's requirements change after the initial quote.
