- Booking and Confirmation:
- Quote and Deposit: A quote for services will be provided based on client requirements. A non-refundable deposit, typically 20% of the total cost, is required to secure the booking and is deducted from the final payment.
- Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement, if applicable.

- Client Cancellation: We have 24 hr cancellation policy otherwise, the deposit may be forfeited.
